Pediatric & Prenatal CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle therapy that works throughout the lifespan. This very gentle therapy works with the membranes, cerebral-spinal fluid (CSF), and bones of the nervous system. The structures may have become tight which restricts movement leading to pain.
Pediatric Clients (Newborn to age 9)
Babies predominantly tell us of their discomfort through crying, drawing one or both of their arms and legs toward the center of their body or they simply appear to have tension in their abdomen, neck or face.
As the child grows, they become more verbal and may be able to tell you where they hurt. They throw tantrums or show signs of sensory overload, irritability, anxiety or even bang their head or ears or anywhere something is uncomfortable. Some children may have sleep disturbances, toe-walk, or have erratic or repetitive behaviors.
CranioSacral Therapy helps to calm the nervous system. I provide a quiet, safe inviting space that is comfortable for the child and the family. It is important for the mom and child’s nervous systems to be well-regulated, which we can achieve together. Dad’s are also very welcome in every session.
During the session: Infants can be held by mom or dad. Nursing moms can even feed baby during the session. Older Children can play with toys on floor or on massage table.

For those women and families wanting to become pregnant or are experiencing infertility, CST addresses physical, emotional, energetic, and psychosomatic restrictions. This may mean restrictions in the heart, pelvic diaphragm and reproductive parts. There may be fear around pregnancy and childbirth, stress from trying to become pregnant, or grief over previous loss.
The body knows.
I provide a safe, gentle space to help you become more aware and in-tune with your body contributing to improved fertility, successful implantation, ease of delivery, and stronger bonding for mom and baby.
