Wellness

Think about the word Wellness.  How does it make you feel? What does it make you think of? What does Wellness look like to you? How would you define Wellness?  Is it simply the absence of disease? 

Wellness can be measured on a continuum that is constantly changing while the body tries to seek a balance. Sometimes we feel unwell, or out of balance, because of emotional, spiritual, social, environmental, intellectual, occupational, financial and the obvious physical components. Making changes to one area can affect all of the other areas. This is where many people get stuck. They become overwhelmed and don’t know what to do, so they do nothing, or worse they keep doing what they have been doing.

Wellness mentoring that will get you out of your head and back into your skin.

Individual sessions are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your needs.

Most sessions are held at Peace Out Body Lab, though on occasion we may need a field trip.
